• All tests in one giant file
• Top-level dirs: `tests/` (split by feature/area), `pages/` (page objects), `fixtures/` (or shared conftest.py), `data/` (json/yaml fixtures), `utils/` (helpers); keep `pyproject.toml` (or `pytest.ini`) at root with markers and testpaths declared, and a top-level `conftest.py` for cross-cutting fixtures
• One folder per HTTP method
• Mix tests and source code in the same folders
